HMIC publishes "Valuing Police" report

Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary today published its "Valuing Police" Report. Focusing on the potential effect of budget cuts on policing, the report highlights "The drift towards specialisation, combined with shift arrangements which... creates inefficiencies".
