Evidence Based Training Overview
EBDM Awareness Course (1 day)
This course is suitable for managers of change projects and practitioners (e.g. internal consultants, duty managers) new to the Evidence Based Decision Making approach.
The aim is to provide delegates with an understanding of the approach, when to apply it and the benefits. It can be delivered on a private basis or you may attend one of our public courses.

EBDM Training Modules
A range of modules have been developed which can be combined to form a tailored programme on a private basis. The modules are all aimed at providing practical skills and knowledge to enable successful delivery of change projects using the Evidence Based Approach can fall within the following categories:
- Practical process mapping
- Calculating resource requirements
- Data analysis and statistics
- Simulation overview
- Working time (shift pattern) basics
- EBDM Project skills
A 3-day private course comprising all the above modules includes a free 'Resource Profiler' simulation software capable of application on simple queuing problems.
