ACPO EIP Conference Presentations available for download
Process Evolution delivered a presentation to ACPO Excellence in Policing Conference delegates on how optimising resource deploypment can lead to cashable efficiency savings. Given the conference theme, highlighted by the HMIC's recent 'Adapting to Austerity' report, of delivering reduced crime whilst saving money, the talk was highly topical.
Peter Loader of Process Evolution was accompanied by Inspector Keith Young of Metropolitan Police Service who explained how Process Evolution's approach had been deployed in its Territorial Policing Development Programme. He referred to the benefits of a common shift pattern that made additional resources available on late shifts in the context of recent disorder.
